How can I pay?
In The Rahl Concept webshop you can pay via direct bank transfer or with Barion payment system.
What are the options for shipping?
Orders containing prints only are shipped via Hungarian Post as registered letter, packages are shipped via GLS.
The price varies by country and package weight.
Shipping cost of a registered letter (applicable only for art prints):
Hungary: 975 Ft
International: 3.755 Ft
Shipping of a registered package (applicable for candles, ceramics, etc.) within Europe:
Hungary: 1.850 Ft
International: 5.830 Ft – 10.780 Ft

Do you ship abroad?
Yes, we cover most of Europe.
Is it possible to get the order directly from you?
That is not an option, all the orders are shipped via post.
Where are the products made?
All our products are made in Hungary. The original artwork of the prints are painted be me, copies are printed in a professional lab in Budapest on premium Hahnemühle art paper. Our soy candles are hand moulded by me in my own workshop.
Is the packaging eco-friendly?
Yes. All the orders are packaged in recycled envelopes and boxes. Every other accessory is either recycled or recyclable: all our paper packaging, 100% BIO foam filler, wood wool, bubble wraps, natural dried flower decor, BMP packaging and of course thank you card.
What can I do if my package arrives damaged?
We’re making sure to package the orders carefully so it arrives to you in a perfect shape. However, damage can happen sometimes. If you notice that the outside packaging is damaged in any way, don’t accept it but ask for a report on the damage. We can’t accept any complaint without a damage report. If the outside looks okay but you find anything damaged inside, please take a couple of pictures and send them to info@therahlconcept.com
Is it possible to order art prints in custom dimensions?
Not at the moment. We offer A4 (210×297 mm) and A5 (148×210 mm) for most of our art prints.
How should I protect the art prints?
Hahnemühle offers an 80 year warrantee for their papers if kept in dark or behind any type of glass frame. Please make sure to use glass frames to hang the pictures or place them in an area out of direct sunlight.
What are the candles made of?
All our candles are made of 100% pure soy wax that’s free of additives, colorants, phthalates, and toxins. For the wick we use either 100% cotton or 100% bio hemp, covered with 100% organic beeswax. For scented candles we use premium quality scents but you can always pick unscented versions. Ceramic candles are all handmade.
What’s the burning time of the candles?
It varies widely by size and design. All our ceramic candles are handmade which makes them all slightly different, hence their capacity is never exactly the same. But you can always find size, weight and estimated minimum burning time in the product details.
